Plan B Group has been certified as one of the top 40 Most Sustainable Companies of Tenerife, an initiative promoted by the Cabildo of Tenerife and the Chamber of Commerce of Santa Cruz de Tenerife by the manifest fulfillment of a Decalogue of Good Practices that lead to a more sustainable management of the organization.
The commitment of the Most Sustainable Companies includes aspects related to the environment, social welfare and its relationship with the environment, education, equality,, human rights, ethics and transparency of information, specifically including the following Decalogue:
1. Prioritize the purchase of products and contracting services that are respectful with the environment, the local product and the “Fair Trade”.
2. Contribute to improved energy and reduced emissions in order to reduce carbon footprints and environmental corporate .
3. Perform proper waste management.
4. Promote a culture of social and environmentally responsible consumption.
5. Betting on environmental responsibility and preservation of the local environment.
6. Providing access to environmental and social integration training.
7. Avoid use of misleading advertising or environmental and socially irresponsible.
8. Promoting equality and social integration.
9. Facilitate labor, family and personal reconciliation.
10. Promote and disseminate the commitments made towards a more sustainable model of management.
By obtaining this certification, Plan B Group joins a group of pioneering companies of Tenerife in the treatment of the sustainability of their organizations, with a view to generating greater development for the environment around them.
