On days 9th, 10th and 11th of October it took place in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria the Second Tourism Congress of Quality (CICTE 2013), an international event intended to analyze and assess trends in the field of quality in tourism, ranging from the development of destinations, through positioning, resource enhancement, marketing or accessibility as elements that are part of current international tourism landscape .
This Congress has grouped initiatives of various kinds in order to allow attendees to gain an overview of how the concept of quality is presented in the decisions of tourism policy and strategic plans of the organizations in the sector, where Plan B Group plays an important role as a highly specialized company in consulting services tailored to the tourism sector.
