Die Sociedad Canaria de Fomento Económico (PROEXCA) ist ein öffentliches Unternehmen die dem Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Finanzen und Sicherheit der Kanarischen Regierung zugeteilt ist. Das Hauptziel der Organisation ist die Internationalisierung der lokalen Unternehmen und dass die Kanarischen Inseln für Investoren interessanter werden.

Die Strecke die die Plan B Group in seinem Internationalisierungsprozess zurück gelegt hat ist eng mit der Zusammenarbeit mit PROEXCA verbunden, die den Zugang zu Ressourcen und Förderungen erlaubt hat um die Firmen darauf vorzubereiten, neue Märkte zu erforschen. Dazu stellen sie einen Export Manager aus dem Programm “Canarias Aporta und Canarias Aporta II” zu Verfügung.

Während dieser Reise hin zur Internationalisierung, die wir 2012 begonnen haben, ist die Plan B Group durch verschiedene Phasen gegangen. Von der Vorbereitung kommerzieller Aktivitäten auf globalen Märkten, über Verbesserungen der Kommunikationsinstrumente, bis hin zur Entwicklung eines internationalen Masterplans für einen Zeithorizont von drei Jahren der sich auf die Hauptgeschäftsbereiche konzentriert.

Dank der Zusammenarbeit von PROEXCA und seinem Hilfsprogramm zur Internationalisierung, ist es der Plan B Group gelungen den Sprung nach außen zu bewältigen. Die folgenden Meilensteine haben uns dazu geholfen: eine Handelsmission die im August letzten Jahres in Paraguay durchgeführt worden ist, die Zuteilung einer privaten Ausschreibung in Mauritanien und die Präsentation eines Projekts für einen internationalen Wettbewerb in Äquatorialguinea das von einer afrikanischen Bank finanziert wird.

Die Plan B Group ist PROEXCA sehr dankbar für die entgegengebrachte Unterstützung und möchte auch alle anderen lokalen Unternehmen, die den Wunsch haben sich zu internationalisieren, dazu ermutigen den Schritt zu gehen. Der Weg der Internationalisierung ist kein leichter Weg, deswegen ist es wichtig Organisationen wie PROEXCA zu haben, die einen bei dieser Aufgabe unterstützen.

La Société Canarienne de Développement Économique (PROEXCA) est une entreprise publique rattachée Ministère de l’Économie, des Finances et de la Sécurité du Gouvernement des Canaries qui a pour principaux objectifs l’internationalisation des entreprises canariennes et l’attraction d’investissements étrangers, stratégiques pour leur développement.

Le parcours de Plan B Group dans son processus d’internationalisation a été étroitement lié à sa collaboration avec PROEXCA, qui nous a permis d’accéder à des ressources et des aides permettant de préparer notre entreprise à la conquête de nouveaux marchés. Ainsi, nous avons bénéficié de formations, d’accès à des informations spécifiques à propos de nos potentiels marchés de destination, ainsi que d’une orientation et d’un soutien technique grâce à la contribution d’un Export Manager. Tout cela, au travers des Programmes Canarias Aporta et Canarias Aporta II proposés par l’organisme.

Tout au long de ce parcours vers l’internationalisation, depuis 2012 et encore à l’heure actuelle, Plan B Group franchit différentes étapes. Elles consistent en la préparation d’actions commerciales pour des marchés mondialisés, l’amélioration de nos outils de communication et de promotion dans le domaine international, ou encore l’élaboration d’un grand plan international sur une période de trois ans centré sur nos principaux domaines d’activité.

Grâce à la collaboration de PROEXCA et à son programme de soutien à l’internationalisation, Plan B Group a pu concrétiser son projet d’exportation en atteignant différents objectifs, tels que : une mission commerciale ayant eu lieu en août dernier au Paraguay, l’obtention d’un appel d’offre privé en Mauritanie et la présentation d’un de nos projets à un concours international en Guinée Équatoriale qui bénéficie d’un financement de la Banque Africaine de Développement.

Plan B Group remercie chaleureusement cette institution, ainsi que son personnel, pour l’aide qu’ils nous ont apporté. De plus, nous encourageons toutes les entreprises canariennes qui désireraient s’internationaliser à prendre cette initiative. Le chemin vers l’internationalisation n’est pas sans embûches, ainsi, le fait de compter sur une organisation qui soutien ce genre de démarches apportera une meilleure valeur ajoutée aux projets de toutes les entreprises locales qui y consacreraient leurs efforts.

La Sociedad Canaria de Fomento Económico (PROEXCA) es una empresa pública adscrita a la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda y Seguridad del Gobierno de Canarias que tiene como objetivos fundamentales la internacionalización de las empresas canarias y la atracción hacia las islas de inversiones estratégicas para su desarrollo.

El recorrido de Plan B Group en su proceso de internacionalización ha estado estrechamente ligado a la colaboración con PROEXCA, que ha permitido el acceso a recursos y ayudas para preparar a la empresa para dar el salto a nuevos mercados, tales como formación, acceso a información especializada relevante en los mercados de destino potenciales, asesoramiento y apoyo técnico con la contratación de un Export Manager  a través de los Programas Canarias Aporta y Canarias Aporta II.

Durante todo este recorrido en su senda de la internacionalización, actualmente y desde el año 2012, Plan B Group ha estado  atravesando diferentes etapas, desde la preparación de acciones comerciales en mercados globales, mejoras en sus herramientas de comunicación y promoción en el ámbito internacional, hasta la elaboración de un plan maestro internacional para un horizonte temporal de tres años enfocado en sus principales líneas de negocio.

Gracias a la colaboración de PROEXCA y su programa de apoyo a la internacionalización, Plan B Group ha podido materializar su salto al exterior a través de los siguientes hitos: una misión comercial que se realizó en agosto del año pasado a Paraguay, la adjudicación de una licitación privada en Mauritania y la presentación de un proyecto a un concurso internacional en Guinea Ecuatorial que cuenta con la financiación del Banco Africano de Desarrollo, entre otros proyectos.

Plan B Group agradece enormemente la ayuda prestada tanto por la institución en sí, como por su personal implicado en el proyecto y anima a su vez a todas las empresas canarias con deseo a internacionalizarse, que cuenten con este tipo de iniciativas. El camino de la internacionalización no es un camino fácil de recorrer, por lo que contar con una institución que  apoye este tipo de iniciativas aportará un mayor valor añadido sobre los proyectos de todas aquellas empresas locales que centran sus esfuerzos en dar el salto al exterior.

The Inward Investment Agency of the Canary Islands (PROEXCA) is a public company attached to the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Security of the Government of the Canary Islands. It has as main objectives the internationalization of local businesses and the attraction to the islands of strategic investment for the regional development.

The career of Plan B Group in its internationalization process has been closely linked to the cooperation with PROEXCA, which allowed access to resources and support to prepare the company to jump into new markets, such as training, access to relevant information specialized in potential target markets and advisory and technical support by hiring an Export Manager through the aid of the Regional Export Program, CANARIAS APORTA I and CANARIAS APORTA II.

During this whole journey in the path of internationalization, currently and since 2012, Plan B Group has been going through different stages, from the development of trade actions in global markets, improvements in communication and promotion tools in the international area, to the development of an international master plan focused on its main business lines for a three-year period of time.

Thanks to the collaboration of PROEXCA and its support program, Plan B Group has been able to realize his jump overseas through the following milestones: a trade mission that took place in August last year to Paraguay, the award of a private tender in Mauritania and the presentation of a project to an international tender in Equatorial Guinea which is funded by the African Development Bank.

Plan B Group greatly appreciates the assistance provided by both the institution itself and by staff involved in the project and in turn encourages all local businesses with a desire to internationalize to take advantage of this kind of initiatives. The way of internationalization is not an easy road to travel, so the fact of having an institution that supports this kind of actions will provide greater added value on projects of all those local companies that are focusing their efforts on making their introduction into global markets.
