Nachdem die Arbeit des Qualitätmanagement-Systems beendet war, hat La Gaviota Alimentación die Plan B Group beauftragt bei der Gestaltung Ihres Lebnsmittel-Sicherheitsystems gemäß der internationalen IFS zu helfen. Im Jahr 2014 wurde dieser Wunsch umgesetzt und wir haben dabei geholfen die Schwachstellen der Produktion zu identifizieren. Außerdem wurden Leitfäden entworfen und verschiedene spezifische Fertigungsabläufe verbessert, wie zum Beispiel die Produktentwicklung, der Verpackungsablauf, Prozessabläufe, etc.
