Atlántica Handling, compañía responsable de la asistencia de aviones, pasajeros y equipajes en todos los aeropuertos canarios en los que opera la aerolínea Binter Canarias, ha obtenido la certificación de su Sistema Integrado de Gestión de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, implantado por Plan B Group, a través de las normas ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 y OHSAS 18001:2007 respectivamente.
Plan B Group ha realizado las actividades de consultoría necesarias para que Atlántica Handling obtenga con éxito las certificaciones en cada una de las normas que dan lugar a este Sistema Integrado de Gestión, siendo responsables de la formación específica de cada normativa al personal de la empresa, elaboración de la documentación e implantación de la misma, así como un exhaustiva auditoría interna previa a su certificación, obtenida con éxito tras la Auditoría final por parte de Bureau Veritas.
La estrecha vinculación de la actividad económica de Atlántica Handling con el sector aéreo obligan a mantener los niveles más altos de calidad, protección ambiental y seguridad en el trabajo. Con la consecución de este hito, esta organización cliente de Plan B Group certifica que se encuentra en un nivel superior al exigido por la legislación actual, posicionando a Atlántica Handling como empresa canaria de referencia internacional, ejemplo de capacidad de mejora continua, respeto al medio ambiente y compromiso firme por el bienestar y la seguridad de sus trabajadores.
