Durante los días 9, 10 y 11 de octubre ha tenido lugar en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria el II Congreso de Calidad Turística (CICTE 2013), un evento internacional que pretende realizar un análisis y evaluar las tendencias en el ámbito de la calidad turística, abarcando desde el desarrollo de destinos, pasando por el posicionamiento, la puesta en valor de recursos, el marketing o la accesibilidad como elementos que forman parte del panorama turístico internacional actual.
Este Congreso ha agrupado iniciativas de diversa índole con el objetivo de permitir a sus asistentes obtener una visión panorámica sobre cómo el concepto calidad, se encuentra presente en las decisiones de política turística como en los planes estratégicos de las organizaciones del sector, donde Plan B Group tiene un papel relevante como compañía altamente especializada en servicios de consultoría adaptadas al sector turístico.
