Tras esta exitosa implantación, Grupo Valora ha decidido volver a contar con los servicios de Plan B Group para la renovación de las certificaciones de su Modelo EFQM, objetivo para el que ya se trabaja intensamente mediante un seguimiento del funcionamiento del sistema durante el último año, la exhaustiva comprobación de su estado actual y sesiones de formación presenciales para optimizar la gestión del Modelo.
El Modelo EFQM de Excelencia es un modelo de autoevaluación que aporta a las empresas una herramienta de diagnóstico que permite medir los resultados internos y externos, para una mejora continua de la entidad, y conocer detalladamente el entorno sectorial en el que se desarrollan.
