El Pacto Mundial de Naciones Unidas (Global Compact) es una iniciativa internacional que promueve implementar 10 Principios universalmente aceptados en las áreas de Derechos Humanos, Normas Laborales, Medio Ambiente y Lucha contra la Corrupción en las actividades y la estrategia de negocio de las empresas. Con más 10.000 entidades firmantes en más de 130 países, es la mayor iniciativa voluntaria de responsabilidad social empresarial en el mundo.
Plan B Group, en su constante compromiso con el respeto a las mejores prácticas en el desarrollo de su actividad profesional, se adhirió al Pacto Mundial de Naciones Unidas desde marzo de 2012 para dar cumplimiento a los 10 principios universales de esta iniciativa, que van desde apoyar y respetar la protección de los derechos humanos fundamentales, pasando por el apoyo a la erradicación del trabajo infantil, la abolición de las prácticas de discriminación en el empleo y la ocupación o mantener un enfoque preventivo que favorezca el medio ambiente, entre otros.
De este modo, durante el año 2012 Plan B Group ha cumplido con los 10 principios del Pacto, reflejados en el respectivo Informe de Progreso presentado ante el Consejo Internacional de Naciones Unidas en el final del ejercicio.
