Marzo ha sido un mes clave para la continuidad del proceso de internacionalización de Plan B Group hacia nuevos mercados, en el que se ha iniciado un nuevo proyecto de implantación del estándar de Seguridad Alimentaria IFS (International Food Standard) en una empresa perteneciente a la industria pesquera de Mauritania.
La IFS ayuda a cumplir con todos los requisitos de seguridad de los alimentos a nivel internacional con procedimientos de auditoría aceptadas a nivel global con el objeto de mejorar continuamente la seguridad de los consumidores, permitiendo desarrollar un control de calidad uniforme y estándar en la seguridad alimentaria que regule las condiciones del intercambio de mercancías y materias primas alimentarias en el comercio internacional.
Durante el mes de marzo el personal de la línea de consultoría de Plan B Group se desplazó a la ciudad mauritana de Nouadhibou para comprobar el estado de cumplimiento de los requisitos del estándar preexistentes como paso previo al desarrollo de su documentación e implantación del IFS en la organización.
