Plan B Group ha realizado la auditoría bienal preceptiva de la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales (LOPD), para aquellas entidades que dispongan de ficheros de nivel de seguridad medio o alto, en la empresa GCIC, perteneciente al Grupo Valora, dedicada a la Gestión, Custodia y Destrucción Segura de documentación, entre otros de sus servicios.
GCIC lleva a cabo además la custodia de expedientes clínicos, exigiendo los niveles de protección más elevados impuestos por la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal así como por el Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal.
De este modo, Plan B Group asegura una prestación de servicios de máxima calidad, bajo los entornos normativos más exigentes para mantener a sus clientes en perfecto estado en el cumplimiento respecto a la legislación más estricta.
