ACANO 2005 Project Management, S.L., es una organización de capital privado que se constituye e inicia su actividad en el año 2005, dedicándose por entero al Project Management dentro del campo de la construcción, dividiendo su actividad en dos grandes campos;  un departamento de servicios de Project Management y un departamento de producto de I+D+i, en el que se aplica todos sus conocimientos para investigar e innovar en las actividades diarias facilitando a sus clientes nuevos procesos y software que les permiten mejorar el rendimiento de sus actividades.

En diciembre de 2010, ACANO 2005  decidió contar con la colaboración de Plan B Group para implantar un sistema de gestión de la I+D+i conforme a la norma UNE 166002, con el objetivo de normalizar de forma eficaz las directrices en la organización y gestión de las actividades innovadoras que se realizan en la empresa, y de este modo diferenciarse de la competencia ante la acuciante crisis que azotaba el sector de la construcción.

La certificación del sistema de gestión de I+D+i  se consiguió en marzo de 2011 tras superar la auditoría de certificación realizada por  Bureau Veritas, convirtiéndose de este modo en una de las primeras empresas canarias en obtener el certificado bajo la norma UNE 166002.

Una vez visto los beneficios de tener implantado un sistema de gestión dentro de la organización, ACANO 2005 volvió a ponerse en contacto con Plan B Group para esta vez implantar en un primer lugar las Normas ISO 9001 de calidad e ISO 14001 de gestión ambiental y posteriormente la norma OHSAS 18001 de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo.

Durante este proceso de implantación de las tres normas, sumadas a la norma UNE 166002 ya existente, Plan B Group fue la encargada de crear un Sistema de Integrado Gestión (SIG) en donde se recogían todos los requisitos de las cuatro normas en un único sistema, simplificando notablemente el volumen de la documentación generada si se compara  con la que se hubiese generado implantando las cuatro normas independientemente. Este proceso de unificación de sistemas tuvo su mayor hándicap a la hora de cumplir con  los requisitos legales y requisitos de las  normas y plasmarlos en procedimientos y registros conjuntos (RRHH, Compras, Control de documentación, Prestación de servicio, etc).

El proceso de implantación del SIG duró cuatro meses, hasta que en febrero de 2012 ACANO 2005 Project Management consigió la certificación oficial por parte de Bureau Veritas de las Normas UNE 166002 ISO9001, ISO14001 y OHSAS 18001 demostrando de esta manera a todas las partes externas el compromiso de ACANO por diferenciarse de otras organizaciones apostando por la Calidad, el respeto medioambiental, la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores y la I+D+i.

Gracias a la implantación de las cuatro Normas se ha conseguido mejorar la eficiencia en el funcionamiento de la organización, la mejora de la prestación del servicio y dar una imagen de la empresa más competitiva e innovadora. Estar en posesión de los certificados, a su vez  ha transmitido a los clientes una mejor valoración y percepción del servicio que se presta reflejándose en un aumento de las puntuaciones obtenidas en las encuestas de satisfacción.

Una vez implantado y certificado inicialmente el SIG, se ha hecho necesario renovar la certificación, y para ello ACANO 2005 ha seguido contando con la colaboración de Plan B Group ACANO 2005 Project Management para la realización de las auditorías internas de todos los referenciales. En estas auditorías internas, a parte de verificar el cumplimento de las cuatro normas de referencia, Plan B Group han propuesto buenas prácticas que han permitido una mejora en la eficiencia  y funcionamiento de la organización. Así mismo gracias a estas auditorías interna se han reforzado las buenas prácticas que se estaban llevando a cabo dentro de la organización (planes de formación anuales muy completos, implicación de la Dirección en la mejora del Sistema, segregación de residuos muy meticulosa, identificación de oportunidades de negocio gracias al uso de matrices DAFO, evaluaciones de riesgos identificando situaciones no rutinarias, etc.)

Las auditorías internas de Plan B Group no se limitan a verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de cada norma, sino a detectar oportunidades y realizar propuestas de mejora.

La renovación de los  certificados han podido demostrar la buena labor de la Dirección y de los empleados  de ACANO 2005 que han sido capaces de mantener el SIG. Igualmente esta renovación, y la certificación inicial, demuestran que la labor de la consultora Plan B Group ha sido exitosa, permitiendo a esta organización obtener el certificado gracias a la documentación implantada específicamente para ellos (procedimientos, registros, manuales, instrucciones técnicas, etc.) de tal manera que una PYME sea capaz de mantener y mejorar por ella misma  a la vez cuatro normas distintas.

Creación de marca y desarrollo web 2.0

La confianza depositada por ACANO 2005 Project Management en Plan B Group ha sido plena, por lo que de forma paralela a la implantación de sus Sistemas de Gestión, Plan B Group llevó a cabo la creación de su marca y el desarrollo de su página web 2.0.

Por un lado, Plan B Group realizó la construcción del nuevo logotipo de la marca ACANO 2005 Project Management y el desarrollo de su manual de imagen corporativa para potenciar su uso en diferentes soportes tanto impresos como digitales. Por otro lado, se llevó a cabo el desarrollo de la nueva página web de la organización, cuyas características principales son:

  • Vídeo de presentación corporativa
  • Soporte multi idioma
  • Área privada de clientes
  • Mapa interactivo de clientes por zona geográfica

ACANO 2005 Project Management, S.L., ist eine Organisation mit privatem Vermögen, die ihre Tätigkeit im Jahr 2005 begann und sich dem Projektmanagement im Bereich der Konstruktion widmet. Sie teilt ihre Aktivitäten in zwei große Bereiche; eine Dienstleistungsabteilung des Projektmanagements und eine Abteilung die sich um F&E&i kümmert, in dem all das Wissen angewendet wird um den Kunden neue Prozesse und Software anzubieten die ihre Leistungen verbessern werden.

Im Dezember 2010 hat sich ACANO 2005 dazu entschlossen mit der Plan B Group zusammen zu arbeiten um das UNE166002 (F&E&i – technische Kontrolle) zu erlangen, mit dem Ziel die Richtlinien des Zertifikats effektiv zu erfüllen, die Leistungsfähigkeit zu steigern und sich somit von der Konkurrenz abzuheben.

Die Zertifizierung UNE 166002 des F&E&i Mangementsystems wurde im Mai 2011, nach der erfolgreichen Prüfung durch Bureau Veritas, übergeben.

Nachdem sie auf den Geschmack der Vorteile eines Zertifikats gekommen sind, hat ACANO 2005 die Plan B Group nochmal um Hilfe gebeten. Dieses mal sollen die ISO 9001, ISO 14001 und die OHSAS 18001 Normen erfüllt werden.

Während der Umsetzung der drei Normen, die zusätzlich zu der schon vorhandenen UNE 166002 hinzugefügt werden sollen, hat Plan B ein Managementsystem eingeführt das alle 4 Normen vereinigt und somit viel Zeit und Papier erspart. Dieser Einigungsprozess hatte sein größtes Handicap in der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Normen und alles zusammen in ein einziges Dokument zu verstauen (Personalwesen, Einkauf, Dokumentenkontrolle, Dienstleistungen, etc).

Der ganze Prozess dauerte vier Monate bis Febraur 2012. In diesem Monat hat ACANO 2005 Project Management alle Zertifikate (UNE 1662202, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 und OHSAS 18001) von Bureau Veritas überreicht bekommen. Das zeigt das überdurchschnittliche Engagement der Firma was Qualität, Umweltbewusstsein, Sicherheit und Gesundheit seiner Arbeiter angeht.

Dank der vier Normen hat die Firma eine höhere Leistungsfähigkeit erlangt, kann bessere Dienstleistungen anbieten und ist wettbewerbsfähiger geworden. Die Zertifikate geben auch den Kunden ein besseres Bild der Firma ab und erhöhen ihr Vertrauen in die Firma. Das spiegeln auch die jährlichen Fragebögen wieder.

Um die Zertifikate zu verlängern, hat ACANO 2005 Project Management wieder mit der Hilfe von Plan B Group gezählt, die die dafür nötigen internen Audits durchgeführt hat. Diese internen Audits haben auch das Zusammenhaltsgefühl der Mitarbeiter verstärkt, da sie aktiv an den Veränderungen der Firma teilnehmen können.

Die internen Audits die die Plan B Group durchführt sind nicht nur für die Verlängerung der Zertifikate gut, sondern auch um die Stärken und Schwächen der Firma festzustellen

Die Verlängerungen der Zertifikate zeigen sowohl die einzigartige Leistung der Direktion und der Mitarbeiter von ACANO 2005, als auch die einzigartige Leistung der Plan B Group durch die das ganze erst ermöglicht worden ist.

Kreation der Marke und Erstellung der Webseite

Da die Arbeit die Plan B Group vollbracht hat sehr zufriedenstellend war, hat uns ACANO 2005 Project Management mit neuen Projekten beauftragt: Die Kreation ihrer Marke und die Erstellung ihrer Webseite 2.0.

Die Plan B Group hat also ein neues Logo und eine neue Marke für ACANO 2005 Project Management designed und eine neue Webseite 2.0 erstellt, die den Kunden ein klares Bild von den Leistungen der Firma zeigen soll. Dazu haben wir folgende Hilfsmittel benutzt:

ACANO 2005 Project Management, SL est une organisation de capitaux privés existant depuis 2005, et se consacrant essentiellement au Project Management dans le secteur du bâtiment. Son activité est divisée en deux grands domaines : un département de services de Project Management et un département de production de R+D+i, dans lequel toutes les connaissances de la société sont utilisées pour la recherche et l’innovation dans les activités quotidiennes afin de fournir aux clients de nouveaux processus et logiciels qui leur permettent d’améliorer le rendement de leurs activités.

En décembre 2010, ACANO 2005 a décidé de collaborer avec Plan B Group pour implanter un Système de Gestion de R+D+i conforme à la norme UNE 166002, avec l’objectif de normaliser de façon efficace les lignes directrices de l’organisation et de la gestion des activités d’innovation développées au sein de l’entreprise. Ainsi, la société serait capable de se différencier de la concurrence, dans le contexte de crise qui frappe le secteur du bâtiment.

En mars 2011, l’organisation a obtenu la certification du Système de Gestion de R+D+i après avoir réussi l’audit de certification de Bureau Veritas, devenant ainsi une des premières entreprises canariennes à obtenir le certificat basé sur la norme UNE 166002.

Au vu des avantages de l’implantation d’un système de gestion, ACANO 2005 a de nouveau fait appel à Plan B Group pour, tout d’abord, l’implantation des normes ISO 9001 et ISO 14001, respectivement de Gestion de la Qualité et de Gestion de l’Environnement, et ensuite, la norme OHSAS 18001 de Gestion de la Santé et de la Sécurité au travail.

Lors de ce processus d’implantation de ces trois normes, rajoutées à la norme UNE 166002 déjà existante, Plan B Group a été chargée de créer un Système de Gestion Intégré (SGI) dans lequel seraient regroupées toutes les exigences des quatre normes, réduisant notamment la quantité de la documentation créée. Ce travail d’unification des quatre systèmes a rencontré d’importantes difficultés au moment de répondre à la fois aux exigences légales et aux exigences des normes, tout en les rassemblant dans des procédures et des registres (RH, achats, contrôle de la documentation, prestation des services, etc.).

Le processus d’implantation du SGI a duré quatre mois, jusqu’en février 2012, quand ACANO 2005 Project Management a obtenu la certification officielle par Bureau Veritas des normes UNE 166002, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 et OHSAS 18001. De cette manière, ACANO a prouvé à ses clients son engagement pour la Qualité, le Respect de l’Environnement, la Santé et la Sécurité de ses employés, et le R+D+i.

L’implantation des quatre normes a permis à l’organisation d’améliorer l’efficacité de son fonctionnement, d’améliorer la prestation de ses services et de véhiculer une image plus compétitive et plus innovante. La possession de cette certification a également permis de transmettre aux clients une meilleure appréciation et une meilleure perception des services proposés. En effet, leur indice de contentement, calculé grâce aux enquêtes de satisfaction, est en augmentation.

Une fois le SGI implanté et la certification obtenue, il a été nécessaire de renouveler la certification. Pour cela, ACANO 2005 Project Management a continué à faire appel à Plan B Group pour réaliser les audits internes nécessaires. Lors de celles-ci, en plus de vérifier l’application des quatre normes, Plan B Group a proposé la mise en place de bonnes pratiques qui ont permis une amélioration de l’efficacité et du fonctionnement de l’organisation. De plus, grâce à ces audits internes, l’organisation a pu renforcer les bonnes pratiques déjà établie (plans de formation annuels très complets, implication de la Direction dans l’amélioration du Système, séparation méticuleuse des déchets, identification d’opportunités d’affaire grâce à l’utilisation de matrices FFPM, évaluations de risques, etc.)

Les audits internes de Plan B Group ne se limitent pas à la vérification de l’application des exigences de chaque norme, elles consistent également en l’identification d’opportunités et l’élaboration de projets d’amélioration.

Le renouvellement des certificats a permis de démontrer le bon travail de maintien du SGI réalisé par la Direction et les employés d’ACANO 2205. De plus, ce renouvellement, ainsi que la certification initiale, prouve le succès du travail de consultance de Plan B Group. En effet, nous avons permis à cette organisation d’obtenir ces certificats grâce à la documentation élaborée spécialement pour elle (procédures, registres, manuels, instructions techniques, etc.). Enfin, toute cette collaboration met également en évidence la capacité d’une PME à maintenir et à améliorer seule quatre normes différentes à la fois.

Création d’image de marque et développement web 2.0

ACANO 2005 Project Management a accordé une entière confiance à Plan B Group. Ainsi, parallèlement à l’implantation de ses Systèmes de Gestion, Plan B Group a mené à bien la création de son image de marque et le développement de son site internet 2.0.

D’une part, Plan B Group a élaboré un nouveau logo pour la marque ACANO 2005 Project Management et s’est assuré de son utilisation correcte sur différents support, papier comme digital. D’autre part, nous avons mené à bien le développement du nouveau site internet de l’organisation, qui dispose des principales caractéristiques suivantes :

ACANO 2005 Project Management S.L., is a private capital organization that was established in 2005, focusing entirely on the Project Management within the construction field, by dividing its activities into two major fields, a service department Project Management and a R&D Product Department, in which all knowledge is applied to investigate and innovate in daily activities and to provide to customers new processes and software offer that enable them to improve the performance of their activities.

In December of 2010, ACANO 2005 required the help and support of Plan B Group for the implementation of a R&D&i management system according to the European Standard UNE 166002, in order to effectively normalize the guidelines in organization and management of innovative activities, and thus becoming a reference from its competitors before the acute crisis that was hitting the construction sector.

The certification of R&D&i management system was achieved in March 2011 after passing the audit certification by Bureau Veritas, and thus becoming one of the first local businesses to be certified under the Standard UNE 166002: 2006.

After realizing about the benefits of having implemented a management system within the organization, ACANO 2005 contacted again Plan B Group, this time to implement primarily a 9001 ISO Quality Standard and 14001 ISO Environmental Management Standard and subsequently a 18001 OHSAS Management of safety and occupational health standards.

During this implementation process of the three standards, combined with the existing UNE 166002, Plan B Group was responsible for creating an Integrated Management System (IMS) wherein all the requirements of the four standards were contained in a single system, greatly simplifying the volume of generated documentation compared with that being generated by the four implemented standards independently. This process of unification had its greatest handicap when complying with legal requirements and other requirements related to the rules and procedures and translating them into joint records (HR, Purchasing, Document Control, Service Provision, etc).

The IMS implementation process lasted four months, until February of 2012, time when ACANO 2005 Project Management acquired the official certification by Bureau Veritas of the Standards UNE166002, ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001, demonstrating to all external parties the commitment of ACANO to differentiate themselves from other organizations by investing in quality, environmental responsibility, health and safety and R&D&i.

Thanks to the implementation of the four standards, the organization has improved its efficiency and the service provision becoming a more competitive and innovative business. The fact of holding these certificates has transmitted to customers a better assessment and perception of service that has been demonstrated with higher scores on satisfaction surveys.

Once implemented and initially certified the IMS, it has become necessary to renew the whole range of certifications, and for this ocassion, ACANO 2005 Project Management has continued with the collaboration of Plan B Group for conducting internal audits. In these internal audits to verify compliance of the four reference standards, Plan B Group has proposed a roadmap of good practices that has led to efficiency and performance improvement of the organization. Furthermore thanks to these internal audits there have been reinforced good practices that were taking place within the organization (a complete annual training scheme, involvement of the board of directors in system improvement, meticulous segregation of waste, business opportunities prospection through the use of SWOT matrices, risk assessments by identifying non-routine situations etc..)

The internal audits of Plan B Group are not limited to verifying the compliance with the requirements of each standard, so rather to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.

Renewing certificates has demonstrated the good work of the Directors and ACANO 2005 employees who have been able to maintain the IMS. Also this renewal and initial certification, demonstrate that the consulting work of Plan B Group has been successful, allowing the organization to obtain the certificate through documentation specifically implemented for them (procedures, records, manuals, technical manuals, etc..) so that an SME is able to maintain and improve by itself at the same time four different standards.

Branding and Web Development

The confidence placed by ACANO Plan 2005 Project Management in Plan B Group has been plenty, so in parallel with the implementation of its Management Systems, Plan B Group undertook its branding and web development.

On the one hand, Plan B Group carried out the design of the new brand logo and the development of its corporate identity manual to enhance its usage in different print and digital media channels. On the other hand, it was taken the development of its new website, and the main features are as follows:
