Mediante este acuerdo de colaboración, los empleados de Lafarge en dicho país podrán beneficiarse de múltiples acciones formativas a través de la plataforma planbformacion.com. Lafarge es una gran compañía internacional de materiales de construcción de todo tipo, tales como áridos, hormigón o yeso, siendo en la actualidad líder en el mercado de cemento a nivel mundial, contando con 78.000 empleados en 78 países.
La delegación de Lafarge en Honduras ha establecido un importante acuerdo por el cuál sus trabajadores podrán beneficiarse de la formación especializada en diferentes materias y en modalidad online, desde cursos específicos de Auditor Interno o Responsable de Sistemas de Gestión, cursos de especialización en el uso de tecnologías 2.0, marketing y un amplio etcétera que Plan B Group ha desarrollado en su catálogo formativo.
