Plan B Group ha participado como docente de las sesiones Masterclass de los Cursos de Auditor Interno de Sistemas de Gestión basados en las Normas ISO 9001:2008 e ISO 14001:2004 de Bureau Veritas.
Alberto J. Santana ha sido la persona responsable de impartir estas sesiones, cuya finalidad principal ha sido capacitar a los participantes de estos cursos para que adquieran las competencias de Auditor Interno de Sistemas de Gestión basados en las Normas ISO 9001:2008 e ISO 14001:2004
Por otro lado, se ha hecho especial hincapié en trasladar a los alumnos los conocimientos para entender el concepto de auditoría, sus principios y las características del trabajo del auditor, así como saber interpretar los requisitos establecidos por la norma, realizar la auditoría interna del Sistemas de Gestión correspondiente, además de documentar los resultados de la auditoría y elaborar sus respectivos informes.
