Plan B Group ha llevado a cabo la formación sobre el uso de las soluciones TIC implantadas en Caraljosan, una pyme de la isla de Tenerife dedicada al transporte de pasajeros por carretera, especializada en el transporte para personas con movilidad reducida. La empresa ha contado con un programa formativo dedicado para que su personal adquiera las capacidades a la hora de gestionar su página web 2.0 y su sistema de correo electrónico bajo Google Apps, tecnologías que Plan B Group ha implantado en esta organización como herramientas de alto valor para mejorar su competitividad.
Esta jornada formativa ha sido estructurada en un programa desarrollado con el objetivo primordial de transferir a Caraljosan la capacidad de gestionar su propia página web de la manera más eficiente, pasando desde contenidos introductorios como el papel de la TIC en la pyme, hasta otros más específicos como la gestión de contenidos web, comunicación efectiva en Redes Sociales y uso eficiente del correo electrónico.
Al igual que en este proyecto desarrollado en Caraljosan, todas las soluciones TIC implantadas por Plan B Group incluyen formación dedicada para que sus clientes obtengan el máximo valor de nuestros servicios y realicen un uso lo más eficiente posible de la tecnología para convertirla en un elemento que favorezca sus capacidades.
