JOTAPEGE CREATIVA, SLU is a company founded in 2005 dedicated to cultural management and planning  in charge of a multiplicity and diversity of programs, services and projects, not only in their own places of cultural policy but also projected in other policy areas such as social, urban , environmental, etc. .

In 2011 Plan B Group was contacted by the organization to implement a quality management system according to ISO 9001 Standards, taking advantage of the subsidy provided by INNOEMPRESA, representing a cost saving of 40% regarding the implementation and management system certification.

Jotapege saved a 40% on the cost of the project thanks to the public funds obtained, managed by Plan B Group.

During the quality management system implementation, Plan B Group created very specific documentation (manual procedures, records, technical instructions) given the particular characteristics of Jotapege Creativa in terms of service provision, mainly oriented to public administrations (Ministries, councils, etc.). They provided the organization with meticulous methodology when performing subcontracting , as for the provision of their services became necessary to hire many types of job profiles (musicians, actors, media companies, etc.). Additionally Plan B Group was also responsible for implementing in the organization the protection of personal data policy in order to comply with the governing laws.

After successfully completing the internal and external audit certification of the official certification of ISO 9001 in March 2012, Jotapege Creativa became one of the first companies in its sector to be certified under a quality management system. Certification means for the company a very significant added value and differentiation from other organizations, and can be obviously evidenced by the award of a major public tender for the management of art centers in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

In mid- 2013, and after reviewing the benefits of having implemented a management system, the corporation decided to become certified in the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard, counting again for this process in collaboration with the consultant team of Plan B Group. Currently the process of implementing the environmental management system is nearing completion. It has been chosen to create an Integrated Management System (IMS), thereby taking advantage of the existing documentation of quality management, resulting in significant reductions in the volume of documentation. There has been established methodologies for reducing the environmental impacts of Jotapege Creativa and economic costs associated with them. Moreover, it has also been identified and in order to comply with all environmental legislation applicable to their business an specific methodology to minimize potential environmental emergencies.

Confidence, integration and self-management.

The confidence in the team of Plan B Group, has allowed the organization to self-manage their IMS without requesting the assistance of external agents to renew their certificates thanks to the creation of documentation specifically designed for them.
