The University Foundation of Las Palmas (FULP) has obtained the certification of its Integrated Management System of Quality, Technology Surveillance and Competitive Intelligence, thanks to Plan B Group

The University Foundation of Las Palmas (FULP) has successfully obtained certification of its Integrated Management System based in Quality Management, Technology Surveillance and Competitive Intelligence, through the ISO 9001 and UNE 166006, respectively. This IMS has been implemented with the complete support of Plan B Group .

The implementation process of the Integrated System of FULP consisted of the following actions taken by consultants of Plan B Group:

  • Process analysis of quality management and technological monitoring.
  • Structure analysis and documentation of the internal processes for the provision of service (training, innovation, employment and entrepreneurship).
  • Definition of the critical factors of surveillance.
  • Reports enhancement of competitive intelligence and distribution.
  • Internal verification audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements, customer requirements and the standards of reference that conform the Integrated Management System.
  • Support during the certification audit.

Service in Quality Management and Technolgy Surveillance at disposal of society.

FULP activity is in constant contact with Quality and Innovation throughout its organizational structure, requiring the existence of processes that enable better management and greater efficiency in the provision of services between universities and industry businesses in order to get credentials for the good work of the institution in these matters.

The peculiarities of FULP were, among other subjects, paying special attention to the management of training developed and managed by the institution itself, and the systematization of technological surveillance in order to identify innovative opportunities for internal development projects and funding.
